The left side of this tab (page) contains the same layout as the homepage (Home).
In this part of the environment you have access to all your groups, sub-groups and devices.
In the table below you find the 3 different levels.
|Groups||Groups allow you to switch to different levels of the environment where your devices are/will be located. (based on location or region)|
|(Group placeholder) All devices
This dashboard will show all the units which are available in the environment. The names of the units are already made by you (as customer) or Alcochem. These names can be added afterwards by your Business admin of this environment. (see 3.x)
|Location of devices||On this dashboard you have access to the groups you created to have access to the devices. These units are copied from the original group "overview all units". To make this kind of group you can create assignments of the devices from the original group (see 3.xx Assign devices)|
The layout of the group directory
This dashboard gives you the overview of the several groups in this environment. It will show you the names and devices (number of children) in the groups.
Add (sub)groups #
e.g. Locations or Rooms where units are available
To make a new (sub) group you use the + button on the right side. After you filled in the required group name it will be added in the overview and visible in the left (green) column as a (subgroup).
By clicking on the name of the new group, the basic smart rules which are needed to give you messages of the devices which will be added to this group.
Add devices (sub assets) #
After you add the new sub-group and select the group in the left column you see the menu as shown below.
Info: this tab shows an overview of the sub-group Smart Rules which are created automatically.
Add group: This button allows you to add a group inside the group you are now working. Only use this if you would like more detailed sub-groups.
Assign devices: With this button you add (as a short link) devices from the “overview all units” to this specific group.
In the overview of your pop-up screen, you find all the units which are added to your environment.
Select the device you like to add (as a short link) to this (sub)group.
If the device is added to this group, it will be working with the basic info needed for this environment. This is done in cooperation with your company. If you need other information, please contact us via email@example.com
Remove devices from a group:
If you would like to replace a device to another group, select the device and only unassign it from this group. Never delete it.
By deleting it, it will not be available anymore. You have to contact Alcochem Hygiene to get it back into the management software. (via firstname.lastname@example.org)
Remove (sub)group: Select group and use the button “Remove group”.
Attention!! Be sure there is no device in the group available.

The tab data-explorer shows a graphic overview of all the units available in this group. This is a manual operation.
You need to “add data point” on the right side of this tab.
You have to add some information to get the right information.
1. select the device to appear in the graphic.
2. select more devices that you would like to see in this data explorer.
3. click on add to get them visible in the explorer.
- change name: use the arrow (down) to open the menu to make these changes.
- Target info: Below “TARGET” there is the possibility to change the values for the minor and the critical alarm on“device level”.
This will overrule the alarm settings which will be changed when you add the unit in the management system.
—— YELLOW RANGE: is the minor alarm range
—— RED RANGE: is the critical alarm range
—— CHANGE COLOR: to get a better overview between the different devices
Data point graph #
To see the counting of flies available in the graph you need to select the right combination in the menu.
There are several combinations which will result the output into the graph.
To get the best monthly view use the combination “None” and “Last month”.
Be aware that if you change the Aggregation of the graph it always goes OUT of the Realtime mode.
Click with the mouse/mousepad on the dot so it becomes “green”. This will activate the Realtime mode.
Monthly view combination “Minutely” and “Last month”.
Monthly view combination “Hourly” and “Last month”.
Weeky view combination “None” and “Last week”.
For a short 24 hour view you can use the following combinations:
Weeky view combination “Hourly” and “Last day”.
Weeky view combination “Minutely” and “Last hour”.
Weeky view combination “None” and “Last minute”.
