How to work with it?

You have access to the monitoring system via the input you get from Alcochem which must be entered precisely. If you type in the data yourself, make sure you do not use “http” and “www”, they are not used by the system. Only via the “https://” login it is possible to access the monitoring system.

Together with Alcochem you are able to set-up some basic information which helps you to start up. #

This account can be found and will be set up by your company (or a name chosen by yourself) in combination with: https://customername.kpnthings.com
Within 3 days after you signed in on the program you will receive a username and password in 2 separate mails.
For this account you will receive a:

1. Business Admin account and
2. Business account.

The Business Admin has full access to the monitoring system. You can change unit names, alarm messages and adjustments on dashboard pages (all possible per group or per unit).

The monitoring system is available in: English, German, Spanish, French and Chinese language.
Other languages are not yet available in this version.
